Chaga Preparation

Chaga chunks are great to make a tea out of. In a heatproof teapot, cup or pan, fill up with spring water and let it steep until the water turns a darker colour, you may want to let it sit for an hour or so. Then pour and enjoy.
Chaga chunks can be reused in your pot, until you see the water looking a lighter colour. Re-use your left over Chaga chunks and make alcohol tincture/s out of it. Place the chunks into alcohol and leave for at least 1 moon cycle, the longer the better.
Chaga powder can be sprinkled on your food and added to your smoothies, or any other recipes. Chaga can be effortlessly made a part of your everyday life.
Chaga Teabags can be used like conventional teabags, place into a cup, mug or pot add boiling water and steep till at your preferred strength. Teabags can be reused 3-4 times. Dispose after 1 days use.

Boiling water changes the structure of the water and causes a white blood cell reaction even after the water has cooled. You can turn off the heat before it gets to boiling point (three-quarters to boiling point 160°F or 75°C).
